We also pride ourselves on the creation on of innovative investment solutions. Our corporate finance specialists, within the investment team, working in conjunction with King Sturge Financial Services, have been instrumental in creating bespoke investment funds, joint ventures and limited partnerships. Recently created funds include:
- Aggmore Investment Fund: - €200m fund
- Aviva Central European Property Fund: - €600m fund
- Stratosphere II Fund: - Parkridge / Morley €500m fund
- UK Logistics Fund: - Hermes/Legal & General; a £500m portfolio aiming for £1bn+
- Redblue: - Regional French Fund, aiming €80m+
- Rubikb: - Central Eastern European Fund - aiming €300m+
A number of our personnel are FSA qualified. These teams are responsible for fund structure, financial modelling, appraisals, deal analysis, reporting, due diligence co-ordination and strategic asset management. Local teams would then in turn be responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, property management, lettings, research and building surveys. Ongoing performance is modelled and tracked, with a targeted approach to maximising returns and regular reappraisal to monitor results.
