In town management

In town retail management is carried out by the Asset Management department who oversee a mixed portfolio in excess of £10 billion and collect rent and service charge to the sum of £800 million on behalf of investors including the following:

  • Morley Fund Management
  • General & Legal
  • Hermes
  • IPIF
  • The Crown Estate
  • Church Commissioners

The High Street retail element consists of approximately £3.5 billion and is managed from offices throughout the UK. From these offices specialist teams provide the following services for clients with retail holdings:

  • Rent collection & service charge
  • Co-ordination with retail agents and Lease Consultancy surveyors
  • Placement of local marketing and promotion
  • Health & Safety management
  • Credit control and financial management
  • Procurement of services

The Asset Management department works closely with both retail letting agents and landlord & tenant surveyors to offer specific advice to local and national investors.
