The Hessle Road property was sold for £200,000 to a local investor
The Leeds office in-town retail team has completed another disposal on behalf of HSBC with the sale of 239-241 Hessle Road in Hull. The 2,839 ft² property was sold for £200,000 to a local investor.
The sale brings the total number of HSBC stores disposed of by the Leeds office in the current financial year to six, with six further instructions currently on-going.
