The Leeds office retail team has let 14 Paragon Street in Hull to Reed Employment on a new 5 year FRI lease at an initial rent of £30,000 pax.
The property forms part of Queens House, where Retail Agency, Asset Management, Lease Consultancy and Building Consultancy have all carried out work on behalf of Morley Fund Management.
