The Leeds retail team has secured the sale of the Asda supermarket premises at Ocean Road in South Shields on behalf of Wilson Bowden for over £4 million.
New owners, local developers Ogden Waller, have brought in the Leeds retail team to advise on future development and letting of the block.
The building comprises approximately 60,000 ft² on two acres and has a number or redevelopment opportunities.
