DHL and Lyreco have taken warehouse units on the Hill Barton Business Park
International companies, DHL and Lyreco, have recently taken warehouse units on the Hill Barton Business Park to the east of Exeter.
“Unit 2a extending to 10,059 ft² has been taken by Lyreco UK and Unit C, extending to 11,598 ft² has been leased to DHL International (UK)” reports Tim Western, partner at King Sturge, who handled the transactions for owners Bonhay & Eagle Property Co Ltd.
Tim Western commented “High quality lettings like this further enhance locations to the east of Exeter. With levels of supply remaining low on the Marsh Barton and Sowton estates, occupiers are seeking suitable alternatives”.
Bonhay & Eagle are a property investment company owning property in Exeter and associated with the former F Parkins & Sons company.
