Previously retained to provide corporate real estate advice to Bristol & West Plc for their branch network prior to a sale to Britannia Building Society in 2005 we have been retained by Britannia since 2006 to manage the ex-Bristol & West branch portfolio (90 branches).
Services include agency (disposals), location planning/research, rent reviews, lease renewals, building consultancy, estate management including management of the sub-let portfolio.
