Capital transfer for King Sturge
21 July 2008
The Edinburgh office of King Sturge has moved to 7 Castle Street with effect from 21 July 2008
Following a period of sustained growth and expansion, it has agreed terms on the relocation to a new larger office at 7 Castle Street after eight years in Lismore House on George Street. The firm has signed-up for just under 5,000 ft² on the first floor.
The new office will be fitted-out to King Sturge’s corporate requirements and will allow for future expansion. It also features all the benefits of a modern open plan office, with the very latest IT facilities.
Chris Macfarlane, Partner in Charge of King Sturge in Scotland says the move is necessary for a combination of reasons. “We have seen steady growth in our business and the move will further enhance our reputation in the Scottish marketplace as well as offering a fantastic working environment for staff and clients “.
“Castle Street offers us the kind of quality accommodation and location we are looking for – close to the city centre retail and restaurant amenities, as well as a number of our clients”.
The move will take place over the weekend 18-20 July . Staff will be contactable on their mobiles during that period with e-mail and new direct numbers functioning from Monday 21 July.
