20 February 2008
Recently launched 4,148 m² (44,650 ft²) of Grade A office space over two storeys
Manchester agents King Sturge and Edwards & Co have been appointed to market Vision Property Group’s landmark office building.
Recently launched, Centenary House offers 4,148 m² (44,650 ft²) of Grade A office accommodation over two storeys. Floors one and two of the building, located on Centenary Way, just off junction 2 of the M602, are already occupied by Visage Group Plc. This leaves just the upper two floors which can be split to provide offices from 929 m² (10,000 ft²), up to circa 4148.09 m² (44,650 ft²) available to let.
Speaking of the building, Wallace Walton of Vision Property Group said: “The effects of the regeneration of Salford and the fringes of Manchester City Centre are rippling out across the wider geographical area. Companies are tuning into the cost benefits of locations such as Eccles and Old Trafford and the office suites available at Centenary House demonstrates that the there doesn’t have to be a compromise on the quality of accommodation.”
“This is a striking building with good finishes throughout and benefits from 24 hour on site security and undercroft car parking. The Metrolink and bus interchange provide direct routes into Manchester City Centre and beyond, while West One Retail Park is directly behind the property. Eccles town centre, which has an array of retail and leisure facilities, is just a short walk away and the Trafford Centre and Lowry Outlet are within a ten minute drive. As far as quality of accommodation and amenities go, you don’t get much better than this”, added Greg Ball, Senior Surveyor at King Sturge.
