Eden opened in March 2008 and is amongst the most exciting new shopping and leisure destinations in the country.




The new scheme includes over 100 new shops, incorporates a new 141,000 ft² 4 storey House of Fraser and a new 2 storey Marks and Spencer store of 104,000 ft², a 12 screen Cineworld Cinema, state of the art bowling alley, a library, 60 new residential units, 1,500 car parking spaces, a new civic square and exclusive restaurants and cafes. The old Octagon centre has undergone a £15 million refurbishment, and now fits seamlessly into the new build, meaning that in total Eden now provides 850,000 ft² of retail and leisure space.
