A record Liverpool residential deal is struck for Mann Island appartments
It’s the city’s biggest ever residential property deal. Brokered by the King Sturge Residential team, joint developers Countryside Properties and Neptune Developments have sold all 376 waterfront apartments to investment group, Dylan Harvey in a £75 million deal.
The development lies in the heart of Liverpool’s World Heritage Centre. The scheme comprises two 10 storey residential buildings together with a third building which includes 100,000 ft² of commercial office space and 76,000 ft² of retail space at ground floor level.
Martyn Green of King Sturge in Liverpool, said: “We suggested Dylan Harvey should buy into Mann Island and they offered to buy every apartment. We couldn’t believe it. By anyone’s standards, 376 sales in a day is quite an achievement.”
Stephen Hogg of King Sturge in Manchester, said “This significant business win again proves to our client base that our joined up thinking between offices can drive added value to their schemes.”
