Frazer, part of the Saint-Gobain Group, has signed a new lease (King Sturge acting) on Unit 1, East Telferton Industrial Estate in Edinburgh. Ryden acted for landlord Abercastle Investments.

The company is undertaking some reconfiguration works to remove some landscaping and relocate car parking spaces to extend the yard for use external storage, whilst the unit will be used as a storage and trade counter operation.
Commenting on the deal, Malcolm Williamson, Regional Property Manager (Scotland) said: "Frazer has enjoyed incredible growth over the past few years and the business required a larger unit to accommodate this continuing expansion."
Kirsty Palmer of King Sturge added: "Our client was attracted by East Telferton due to its close proximity to the previous branch, excellent location and large secure yard."
Alan Herriot of Ryden added: "My client was delighted with the terms agreed and the quality of the tenant obtained".
