French law firm takes 34,000 ft² at 125 Old Broad Street, EC2

King Sturge Agency team completes the first letting in the old London Stock Exchange Tower
Acting for one of the largest French international law firms, Gide Loyrette Nouel, the City Agency team acquired 34,000 ft² in the former Stock Exchange Tower at 125 Old Broad Street, EC2. This is the first letting in the building for the developer, Hammerson.
The scheme provides a total of 320,000 ft² of office space over 26 floors and is due to be completed by May 2008.
At the same time, King Sturge disposed of Gide Loyrette Nouel's existing offices at City Point, EC2 to Macquarie Bank.
The City Building Consultancy team is instructed to project manage the fit out.
