King Sturge has concluded two office deals on behalf of Otterston Properties
King Sturge has just concluded two office deals at 3 Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh on behalf of Otterston Properties:
- A third floor suite has been let to commercial consultants Bowe Watts Clargo. A five-year lease with a two-year break option has been agreed on the 474 ft² office at a rental of £14.50 per ft².
- PR consultants Invicta PR has taken a 680 ft² basement suite at a rental of £15 per ft². Again, the lease term is five years, with a two-year break option. The firm is a four-strong team headed by Mark Cummings.
Commenting on the deals, Neil Allan from the King Sturge Edinburgh office said: “There is a gap in the Edinburgh market for office suites of this size and we have experienced a high demand for the space at Drumsheugh Gardens. The size of the suites, along with the flexible lease arrangements, makes them popular for start-up businesses in Edinburgh.”
The entire building extends to 6,000 ft² over four floors. Other occupiers include The Government Boundary Commission for Scotland, Chalmers Brown Associates and Connect Scotland.
Otterston Properties was advised by King Sturge, whilst Bowe Watts Clargo and Invicta PR were self-represented.
