Gondola Group – Restaurant Acquisitions

Since 2006, King Sturge have been fully retained by Gondola Group to implement their ambitious acquisition programme in the South West, Midlands and South Wales.
Gondola Group continue to seek in excess of thirty new restaurants a year across England, Scotland and Wales and King Sturge play a key role in identifying those sites.
Whilst Gondola have a relatively prescribed list, a number of acquisitions have been completed in towns seemingly off the radar which an excellent degree of success. These have included new opportunities particularly in the Devon and Cornwall markets, where national leisure operators are generally unrepresented. The requirement has been expanded to take in not just the traditional leisure pitches but also smaller market towns, and edge of town leisure schemes.
