As part of the Kings Cross regeneration project developers are proposing a 90-room boutique hotel located adjacent to both Kings Cross and St Pancras railway stations.
As part of the Kings Cross regeneration project developers are proposing a 90-room boutique hotel located adjacent to both Kings Cross and St Pancras railway stations. Developers commissioned a feasibility study for the hotel which was then compared to a similar study for serviced office use. Longer term returns from hotel use have swayed the developers’ decision to pursue this route. Hotel management structures are currently being considered. CONFIDENTIAL
