Greenwoods Menswear trade from approximately 100 stores in the UK and is one of the most recognisable names on the High Street.
King Sturge are fully retained to provide acquisition and disposal advice across the UK, having recently completed new acquisitions in Coventry, Wolverhampton, Middlesbrough, Ipswich and Nottingham. We are also advising on relocations and disposals in towns such as Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Leeds (Cross Gates) and Louth. In addition to this King Sturge provide Lease Consultancy advice to Greenwoods and have also been able to utilise the expertise of our market-leading research team in order to identify potential towns for new stores and also potential target retailers for disposals.
Greenwoods have also recently reached an agreement with Bosideng, one of the largest menswear retailers in China, to help bring them to the UK. This will initially involve the conversion of 3 to 4 Greenwoods stores with a view to a UK-wide roll out in 1 to 2 years.
