Invista sells Wembley site for £5.25 million

The 1.43 acre site is located on South Way close to the Stadium




Clients of Invista Real Estate Investment Management have sold the freehold interest in a site located on South Way, Wembley, London, for £5.25 million.

The site, which totals 1.43 acres ( 5,787 m²), was formerly occupied by Pride Oils as a distribution facility and more recently by Multiplex. It is prominently located on South Way close to Wembley Stadium.

The site has been purchased unconditionally by Summit Hotels Limited, which is now seeking planning consent to build a hotel.
