IPIF lets Tonbridge unit to Surridge Dawson

The Industrial Property Investment Fund has let unit 7, Deacon Trading Estate, 203 Vale Road, Tonbridge, to wholesale newsagents Surridge Dawson.
A ten year lease has been taken on the 15,805 ft² unit at an initial rent of £106,683 pax subject to a mid term rent review. The tenant has an option to determine the lease at the end of year five, subject to a minimum 12 month notice period. A three month rent free period was agreed which will be extend by a further three months if the break is not exercised.
The storage space has a clear working height of 19’ 8” (6 m). There are offices at first floor level extending to 722 ft².
