Advice provided to Newport City Council and Newport Unlimited on the preparation of a
Development Brief to select a Developer for the comprehensive mixed-use regeneration city
centre project South Wales.
The establishment of an evaluation process to meet the Local Government Act requirements
and selection of the ‘Preferred Developer’.
The negotiation of Heads of Terms for the Development Agreement and the Agreement
regarding the interface with the adjoining 1960’s shopping centre.
Modus have now been appointed as the preferred developer.
