King Sturge appoints commercial auctions team

King Sturge is delighted to announce that the Commercial Auctions Team, formerly at Erinaceous/Harman Healy, has joined the Firm in the London office.
The team of 6, headed by Felix Rigg and Jason Birch, started at the beginning of the new financial year on 1 May 2008. Felix and Jason have joined King Sturge as Partners, alongside their colleagues, Simon Bailey, Mat Harris and Rob Hills.

"Property auctioneering is an area of business that King Sturge has been exploring for some time but there are very few top teams and over the years entry into this market at the right level has proved to be difficult. We are therefore delighted that the opportunity has arisen to take on one of the UK’s best known and established teams. Given the circumstances of Erinaceous going into administration we have had to move quickly and we are very pleased that the team has decided to join us. They have over 45 years of experience between them, and we are very much looking forward to working together, both in London and right across our Regional network."
