133,000 ft² high bay warehouse on Lenton Lane Industrial Estate in Nottingham
The Nottingham office of King Sturge has been appointed joint agents by Threadneedle on Nottingham's largest available warehouse located on Lenton Lane Industrial Estate, Nottingham. The 133,000 ft² high bay warehouse is currently occupied by Boots Logistics who are set to vacate the unit in April this year.
James Keeton commented “The building represents one of only a small number of large sheds available in Nottingham. We anticipate good demand from regional occupiers keen to take advantage of its popular location close to the city and ring road."
The warehouse directly adjoins a new 16 unit courtyard office scheme the Nottingham team is marketing on behalf of Sladen Estates and PMB Holdings.
The Nottingham market has limited availability in the distribution sector and King Sturge is currently retained on four of the seven large units available. James added “In the past 12 months the team has been very successful increasing our market share in this sector."
