Office Agency at King Sturge advised OFSTED following reburbishment by King Sturge's Building Consultancy team
The Bristol Office Agency team has negotiated an assignment of OFSTED’s leasehold liability at 1 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol to engineers Halcrow Group Limited.
The 12,195 ft² suite has a passing rent of £262,200 per annum and the lease expires in December 2015.
The suite had been refurbished by King Sturge’s Building Consultancy Team prior to marketing.
