King Sturge disposes of HSS unit

A 4,583 ft² end-terrace industrial property at 119 West Street in Tradeston
King Sturge has recently concluded an industrial disposal at 119 West Street in Tradeston, Glasgow, on behalf of client HSS.
The 4,583 ft² end-terrace unit has been sold to Westkirk for an undisclosed sum. The unit is located next door to the Westkirk’s existing restaurant which may be extended.
“With HSS moving to larger premises at Kingston Bridge Trading Estate, this sale provided the perfect solution for both parties” said Cass Hibbert from King Sturge.
King Sturge is also marketing the other former HSS unit at the opposite end of this block. 121 Nelson Street extends to 2,888 ft², with office accommodation and customer car parking. The area is shortly to see complete redevelopment and could offer an excellent trading position or restaurant opportunity.
King Sturge advised HSS, whilst Westkirk was self-represented.
