King Sturge Industrial and Logistics team wins major instruction in Tamworth

Appointed by Coltham Developments to market their modern high bay distribution building
King Sturge has recently been appointed by Coltham Developments to market their latest modern high bay distribution building at Junction 10 of the M42 in Tamworth, West Midlands. Coltham purchased the existing modern warehouse from Britvic who has just vacated the property and are now planning an extensive refurbishment programme on the building which totals approximately 179,000 ft² with a view to extending it up to 228,000 ft².
When completed, the building will be available on a freehold or leasehold basis. The premises are located in an established distribution location with local occupiers such as NYK Logistics, Sainsbury, UPS and DHL all operating close by.
