The Lease Consultancy team has secured five new high profile instructions in Capital Tower, Cardiff for the landlord, the international property investment management company, Goodman Property Investors.
The Cardiff office provides a full package of Management, Agency, Rating, Building and Lease Consultancy advice to Goodman in Capital Tower which is a refurbished, landmark office building totalling over 120,000 ft². High profile occupiers include Admiral Insurance and the Crown Prosecution Service.
The Cardiff office also acts for Goodman on the adjacent Friary House, which provides approximately 68,000 ft² of offices with Cardiff’s Tiger Tiger nightclub on the ground and first floor.
