King Sturge lets three units at Lostock Industrial Estate, Bolton

Acting on behalf of Morley Fund Management, agents at King Sturge have secured three lettings at Lostock Industrial Estate in Bolton.
Two lettings to Crewe based Alliance Disposals and Bolton manufacturer, Select Garage Doors have just been completed. Alliance Disposals, which distributes to the catering and leisure industry, acquired a 1,301 m² (14,000 ft²) warehouse on a five year term and Select Garage Doors has taken 1,115 m² (12,000 ft²) on a 10 year lease. Both companies paid in excess of £4.50 p/ft² and the deals follow the recent letting of 2,601 m² (28,000 ft²) on the Estate to Beldam Crossley.
The deals mean that just one unit of 1,115 m² (12,000 ft²) is left available at the site on Lostock Lane. Last year, Morley undertook an extensive refurbishment of the development and the final phase of works to construct new offices in the remaining unit is scheduled to start imminently.
“The quality of the location played a clear role in all three companies decision to relocate to the site”, explained Daniel Burn of King Sturge, sole agent on the development. “It is close to extensive facilities provided by Middlebrook and the Reebok Stadium and just a short distance to the motorway network, so it’s not surprising these units have been let so quickly following refurbishment.”
