The new seven storey high quality Temple Circus offices
The Bristol Office Agency team has been appointed by CCLP (Morley and Hermes) to market Temple Circus, the new seven storey high quality office development off Temple Way.
Temple Circus comprises a 91,000 ft² Grade A office building in the centre of Bristol and was originally planned to be a Stonemartin serviced office. Following changes in that organisation CCLP is marketing the property on a traditional basis and has appointed King Sturge jointly with DTZ to market the space.
