King Sturge Retail team secures Marble Place Shopping Centre instruction in Southport

The Leeds retail team has been instructed as agents on Marble Place which forms the prime covered shopping area within Southport town centre. Retailers within the scheme include Bay Trading, TK Maxx, 3 Store, Body Shop and New Look. King Sturge has been appointed to secure new lettings and advise on further development of the scheme.
Jonathan Newns has said of the instruction "Marble Place is a great addition to our growing National Shopping Centre instruction portfolio and in particular the Northern region".
