King Sturge is able to deliver a full range of services
King Sturge has been appointed by Thomas Cook UK & Ireland as its principal property consultant to provide lease consultancy and agency advice for the UK retail portfolio, together with a property management service. A building consultancy service will also be provided as and when required.
King Sturge was successful following a re-tendering process initiated by Thomas Cook UK in December and involving a number of the UK's major property consultancies. The contract is expected to commence with effect from 1 March 2008.
