The latest phase of industrial units at The Forum, York Business Park has been completed. Units 8 to 13, totalling approximately 2,578 m² (27,750 ft²) are ready for immediate occupation. With unit sizes from 279 m² (3,000 ft²) up to 743 m² (8,000 ft²), this latest phase is ideally suited to meet the needs of modern day industrial and warehouse occupiers.
Following on from the success of Phase I, this second phase is already proving to be of great interest to a variety of different businesses. Developers White Rose Development Enterprises Limited c/o REIT Asset Management have committed in excess of £2 million to this latest development which is anticipated will generate over 20 new jobs.
