Leeds retail team celebrates ‘Best Retail Agent’ award win

The King Sturge retail team in Leeds was awarded ‘Best Retail Agent’ at the Yorkshire Property Awards 2008 ceremony
Sponsored by the Variety Club, the Yorkshire Property Awards 2008 ceremony was held at Rudding Park on Thursday evening, 8th May.
The King Sturge Retail and Leisure team based out of Leeds is the largest team in the North dealing with over 7.5 million ft² of instructions in the UK. They also advise on over 15 million ft² of retail schemes throughout Central Eastern Europe comprising 30 schemes ranging from retail parks in Croatia, to shopping centres in Romania, Poland and Serbia.
Notable transactions include:
- Flagship store letting to Paul Smith in the Victoria Quarter, Leeds.
- Pre letting 85% of the Galleries Shopping Park in Washington on behalf of Prudential.
- Instructed to provide development and letting advice on The Colosseum Shopping Centre, Bucharest, Romania – a huge 1.6 million ft² shopping centre/retail park.
- Securing Foodstore lettings to Sainsburys in Alnwick, Prudhoe and Shiremoor totalling over 150,000 ft².
