Refurbished warehouse/industrial space and a terrace of five new trade counter units
ING Property Income Limited Partnership managed by ING Real Estate Investment Management, has let 13 units totalling circa 80,000 ft².
Nuffield Centrum Industrial Estate:
The units provide refurbished warehouse/industrial space with fitted two storey offices and have eaves heights from 18 ft² (5.5m), gas blower heaters, three phase power and dedicated parking and loading facilities.
