Lettings team gets going in Leeds

The Leeds residential sales team has been joined by a lettings service
The residential office was established over two years ago and the new letting team will be able to capitalise on the current buoyant rentals market. As the sales market has slowed more people are still opting to rent within the city centre. King Sturge can now provide a one stop residential service to owner occupiers, tenants and investors.
The lettings department will be operated from existing premises on Park Place and we are pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Darley to assist Hayley Miles in the expansion of this area of the residential business.
