Lothian Labels signs up for new bespoke unit in Broxburn

3,884 ft² unit at Freskyn Place, East Mains Industrial Estate




Acting on behalf of landlord, Gatehill Property Company, King Sturge is pleased to announce a new tenant at Unit 3 Freskyn Place, East Mains Industrial Estate in Broxburn.

Lothian Labels has agreed a ten-year lease on the 3,884 ft² unit, at an annual rental of £15,538 (£4 per ft²).  Lothian Labels’ history stretches back over 35 years and the family-owned business serves a UK-wide market.  The company is consolidating its operation into the new unit and has invested considerable resources into a bespoke fit-out.

John Wilkinson, Sales Manager comments: “The new unit is part of our on-going development.  It has been designed specifically to comply with the Health and Safety/ HACCP requirements of the BRC/Global Standard accreditation.  We wish to consolidate existing business within the food and meat processing industry, and pursue growth within this sector. The additional facilities will benefit our customers in other market sectors".

Oliver Abram of King Sturge added: “The unit is ideal for Lothian Labels and is situated in a good location within East Mains.  We are also delighted to announce that all units on the estate are now fully-let which underlines the popularity of the location”.
