The Cardiff office, with a staff of 40, provides multi-disciplinary expertise across a range of departments, including agency, investment, building surveying, valuation, landlord & tenant, corporate real estate, consultancy and management.

Working with the rest of the King Sturge network of offices we advise local, national and International clients on a range of key issues affecting the property industry in South Wales.”

Chris Sutton said: “This is a new challenge for Huw and myself and we see great opportunities for the existing teams to seize new business across the range of our agency and advisory activities.
