Multiplex buys Friars Square, Aylesbury

The 306,000 ft² centre was purchased for around £89 million
King Sturge advised Multiplex on the purchase of Friars Square, Aylesbury for a figure in the region of £89 million, an equivalent yield of 6%.
The 306,000 ft², centre is anchored by Beatties, Bhs, New Look, Monsoon and Woolworths.
Multiplex plans to refurbish and extend the scheme in co-operation with the Local Authority.
