New industrial leasing agent at MEPC’s Milton Park

One of Europe’s largest mixed-use business parks appoints King Sturge




MEPC Milton Park in Oxfordshire - one of Europe’s largest mixed-use business parks - has appointed King Sturge as its London industrial letting agent. King Sturge will work alongside local agent, Parker Parr, to support the on-site Milton Park team.

Comprising 250 acres of space and home to more than 6,000 employees, Milton Park is a vibrant and sustainable business community. The park is already home to a number of large companies, such as Bookpoint and TNT, which take advantage of its flexible space and excellent transport links. It offers numerous benefits to occupiers including:
