Cinnabar Court has Grade A accommodation on the largest speculative scheme in the Runcorn area
Developer, Marshall CDP has unveiled its latest phase at Daresbury Park. Cinnabar Court offers 7,432 m² (80,000 ft²) of Grade A accommodation across 17 office buildings ranging in size from 279 - 929 m² (3,000 - 10,000 ft²).
“This is the largest speculative scheme in the Runcorn area aimed specifically at smaller to mid sized occupiers”, said Chris Mulcahy of King Sturge, joint agent on the scheme with Knight Frank. “Units are available on a freehold basis at £235 p/ft² or £18.50 p/ ft² leasehold.”
With 27,870 m² (300,000 ft²) already built out on the 91 hectares (225 acres) acquired by Marshall CDP last year, Cinnabar Court provides a welcome addition to the much sought after location. Design and build opportunities are available and planning has recently been granted for a speculative 2,787 m² (30,000 ft²) office which is to be built later this year.
Designated a strategic site by the North West Development Agency, potential occupiers will join existing organisations at Daresbury, including De Vere Group, BNFL and HS Administrative Services. Already an established business location, the Park benefits from a range of restaurant and leisure facilities set within a meticulously landscaped environment.
Chris concluded; “Being immediately adjacent to junction 11 of the M56 and two junctions from the M6, Daresbury Park offers unrivalled business accommodation. It has attracted occupiers from a wide geographical area including South Manchester, Warrington and Chester and the buildings at Cinnabar Court will appeal to those businesses requiring staff amenities and good accessibility to the North West region.”
