North West Industrial Team wins for a third time

King Sturge is a worthy winner at the Insider Property Awards North West 2008
Agents in the North West’s industrial team are celebrating after winning North West Business Insider’s industrial and business space agents of the year award for the third time. The announcement was made at the magazine’s tenth annual awards ceremony, held in central Manchester, which was attended by over 850 of the region’s property professionals.
The team conducted 108 deals totalling 3.455 million ft² in 2007, including the largest pre let of the year comprising 430,000 ft² to Adidas on behalf of St Modwen and the largest speculative high bay letting of the year which was 310,000 ft² to TDG on behalf of Morley. The King Sturge team clinched the top spot ahead of rivals DTZ, Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Grimley.
