Queuing for Cargo

18 October 2007

King Sturge LLP sells 42 apartments to keen buyers at the recent launch of Cargo

King Sturge inc. Bettisons, King Sturge LLP’s latest acquisition, got off to a flyer at a recent launch of Cargo, the first phase of a £300,000,000 redevelopment of Millbay in Plymouth when they sold 42 residential apartments and townhouses to a series of eager purchasers who had braved inclement conditions and queued through the night. This success was reinforced with the news that King Sturge LLP had also received instructions to provide consultancy advice on the wider Millbay scheme.

Andrew Bullivant said “A great deal of credit must go to my team. Many of them have taken time off over the weekend to work for two weeks without a break. They are a credit to me and I am extremely proud of the efforts that they have made on behalf of King Sturge. We have found the change to King Sturge to be an exhilarating one and are doing our level best to embrace a new philosophy; this launch was a step in the right direction.”

Plymouth is the furthest West that we have an office at present. However, within six weeks of the acquisition of Bettisons the office is receiving requests to appraise coastal residential opportunities within Cornwall as well as Devon. Exciting times ahead in the West Country!
