Unit 3, Rutherford Court, North Avenue was sold to for £374,000
On behalf of the Kenmore Property Group, King Sturge is pleased to announce the sale of Unit 3 Rutherford Court, North Avenue at Clydebank Business Park to metal processing company Holme Dodsworth. The sale price of £374,000 is a new record for Clydebank Business Park.
Unit 3 is a terraced industrial unit with office accommodation that extends to 8,225 ft², plus car parking and yardage. It is in very good condition and was previously let to North West Medical.
Commenting on the sale, Cass Hibbert of King Sturge said: “Early interest was expressed for this unit by Holme Dodsworth as part of the company’s expansion plans. Our client was delighted with the deal, with the terms being concluded in an expeditious manner."
