Contracts exchanged on three apartments at the Kings Chelsea development, London SW10
The Knightsbridge office has recently exchanged contracts on three apartments totalling £4.115 million at the Kings Chelsea development, SW10. All three purchasers are Russian and buying for investment.
These apartments had all previously been sold or acquired by King Sturge in the past 18 months and these recent sales have produced an average return of 25% for our clients.
Kings Chelsea is a gated new development completed in 2003 set in 7.5 acres of gardens and grounds with extensive leisure facilities and 24 hour security.
