Sensible move to Livingston for Component Sense

A new head office at 14 Brewster Square, Brucefield Industrial Estate




Telent Technology, represented by King Sturge has just concluded a sub-let deal to electronic components company Component Sense Ltd at 14 Brewster Square, Brucefield Industrial Estate in Livingston.

The mid-terraced premises extends to 7,374 ft² and includes a two-storey office block, plus yardage and vehicle access. Component Sense is relocating from smaller premises in Kirknewton and will use the new premises as the global head office.  A sub-lease until 2010 has been agreed at an annual rental of £30,971.

Commenting on the move, Kenny McGee, Managing Director of Component Sense said: “Our company is growing rapidly and we simply needed larger premises.  We were keen to maintain our head office base in West Lothian and the new premises in Brucefield is ideal for our current and future business needs”.

Livingston is situated approximately 17 miles west of Edinburgh and 32 miles east of Glasgow occupying a strategic location on the M8 motorway which is the main link between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Brucefield Industrial Estate is located to the south of Livingston just off the A71 at the Wilderness Roundabout. The A71 provides access to East and West Calder as well as Edinburgh.
