The Insolvency Service picks Three Piccadilly Place

09 October 2008

King Sturge Corporate Real Estate client takes the entire second floor of the building

The Manchester office of King Sturge has completed an acquisition on behalf of CRE client The Insolvency Service. The government agency is to take the entire second floor of Three Piccadilly Place in Manchester.

The letting, which is for a total of 20,000 ft², comes shortly after practical completion of the building in June.  It also follows closely the pre-let, announced in May, of the entire 19,000 ft² first floor of the building to Weightmans, the leading firm of UK-wide solicitors, who are expected to complete their relocation from what was considered Manchester’s traditional business core, Spring Gardens, to the award winning Three Piccadilly Place in the autumn.
