The Montcalm Hotel to benefit from upgrading

The new owners have commissioned the King Sturge Hotels and Leisure Team
Currently a four star hotel, the new owners of the Montcalm Hotel in London wish to redevelop and reposition the property as a luxury, upmarket boutique hotel. The Hotels and Leisure Team has been commissioned to produce a feasibility study, along with financial projections, that details the viability of the project.
The team will also help the owners to obtain debt financing.
