Three office suites on Atherleigh Business Park in Wigan are under offer
Rok Development has announced three office suites at the Quad on Atherleigh Business Park in Wigan are under offer.
18 self contained units ranging from 77 - 1,858 m² (829 - 20,000 ft²) across three hectares (seven acres) are available at the development, located close to junction 4 of the M61 and the A580 East Lancs Road which links to the M6. The building itself has been configured so that units can be combined to suite size requirements and, due to the walkway on the first floor, all offices are available with their own front door.
