BAA Lynton’s new speculative scheme at London Stansted Airport
Stansted 600 provides modern warehouse facilities for occupiers looking for space with excellent road access from the A120 via junction 8 of the M11. Stansted 600 is located within the boundary of the Airport, as well as being in close proximity to the Airport’s Cargo area.
Located to the south west of the main terminal area, the scheme comprises a total of 8 units. Two of these Units have been let. Unit 6020, providing 3,310 ft² (308 m²), has been let to DO and Co Event and Airline Catering Ltd on a five year lease at a rent of £10 per ft. Fernley Heathrow Ltd has taken the adjacent unit 6021, totalling 3,260 ft² (303 m²) on a three year lease also at £ 10 per ft².
Following these lettings the remaining units range between 3,260 ft² (303 m²) and 11,760 ft² (1,093 m²). A maximum area of 23,510 ft² (2,184 m²) could be achieved by combining units.
Land is also available for future phases of design and build facilities. The accommodation is available for airport related uses only.
