King Sturge has been appointed by Thomas Cook UK & Ireland as their principal property consultant since March 2008
King Sturge is solely retained to provide corporate real estate advice to Thomas Cook Retail Ltd for their retail and sub-let portfolio since March 2008 (circa 812 properties).
Services provided include agency (disposals and acquisitions), rent reviews and lease renewals, management of the sub-let portfolio including treasury management. Additional services include building consultancy and agency advice on the corporate portfolio (offices and call centres).
