Two lettings at Royal Opera Arcade in SW1

New Zealand Government has recently concluded two lettings at Royal Opera Arcade, London SW1.

Unit 4 was let to a fine wine company by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, with a rent review at the end of the 5th year, at a commencing rent of £12,500 pax. 

Unit 12 Royal Opera Arcade has been let to an Ethnographic and Works of Art Company by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease with a rent review at the end of the 5th year, at a commencing rent of £12,500 per annum exclusive.

King Sturge and Atis advised the landlords in both instances whilst both tenants were unrepresented.
